"I love to bake!  Nothing is better than a delicious decadent cake,  an amazing cupcake, a perfectly browned chewy chocolate chip cookie, or a single heavenly truffle.  Baking is as natural as breathing in my family.  I learned to bake in my mother and grandmother's kitchens.  With four hungry brothers, any of my baking "experiments" were quickly gobbled up. 
 

I have been working to perfect creating hand-rolled and hand-dipped truffles ever since my Aunt Joyce introduced me to the lovely experience of enjoying a singular chocolate truffle.  I have found inspiration from my friends & family's tastebuds,  family recipes, traveling all over the world, and challenging myself to re-create delicious desserts I've had the opportunity to sample!  I strive to keep improving to make the most luscious treats you have ever tasted!"
